Returns
- Eligibility: In case of any manufacturing defects then returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Customized products, engraved items, or items on sale are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@artofdivine.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
